Welcome to the Engineer’s home ALTEN!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to optimize company performance and inform business decisions. They will work closely with management teams to understand requirements, define key performance indicators, and create insightful reports that drive strategic planning and business growth.Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science
- Proven experience in data analysis, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilitiesPlease submit your CV in English.RequirementsNecessary knowledge

Experience with Jira and other issue tracking systems.

Experience creating dashboards in Jira and other add ons.

Experience with Office and advance Excel.

Experience working under agile methodologies.

Experience with version control management (GIT) and Github

Using Figma

Preferred knowledge.

Advanced use of Figma
