Key Responsibilities:As a Contracts Spclst, you’ll be responsible for:
Supply Chain, Bailment and Construction agreements drafting, generating and interpretation.
Corporate Policies implementation.
Provide training for contracting and other legal relevant topics.
Support Management on Special Projects.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory framework throughout the contracting cycle.
RequirementsWe are looking for people who are Contracts Spclst. If this is you, get in touch.As a minimum you must have:
University degree in Law
Minimum 3 years of experience working on the legal department of an international company or law firm.
Bilingual (Eng-Spa)
Tech Savy with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Microsoft 365 Suite experience (Office).
It would be nice if you have:
Contract Lifecycle Management System experience.
