- Execute the employee life cycle aligned to OC policies, processes and values.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing process; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Support structure changes to ensure systems updated.
- Support and active participation in the HR activities annual plan
- Manages HR client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports.
- Ensure the reliability of information in external HR systems, performing periodic reconciliations, identifying, and reporting deviations and correcting them.

- TPM Leader T&D pillar.
- Management, Engineering master's degree
- +2 years as generalist (HRBP)
- +2 years with operations / labor team experience
