- Adherence to CTR & Customer safety regulations and coaching for all site staffs
- Conversant with configuration/testing of various OEM's for all equipment and packages of the project
- Execute/endure all pre-com, commissioning, start-up and maintenance activities, for the project's equipment. It must be done in a professional way. Ensure all test /maintenance and daily reports are full and timely completed with a detailed and with high quality, signed by Customer Engineer as required
- Managing his scope of work at site and controlling the documentation to achieve every activity and milestone on time and with a high quality level, including but not only: PTW, QCFs, Punch's, COW, Check lists, Close-up reports, MOMs
- Preparation of technical daily report and particular subjects reports, test sheets, failure report in coordination with client and other Engineers.
- Planning and preparing of work schedule in advance to be on time and in coordination with the other disciplines, the sub contractors and the client
- Proper monitoring of spare parts, tools & equipment consumables etc. for further procurement
- Co-ordinate with Project Manager , work scheduler and other Lead Engineer daily activities
- Provides expert level support in all equipment and packages investigations and problem analysis activities, RCA
- Attend emergency calls, fault investigation and submit technical report
- Abide by TEN and project's Compliance and HSE Conduct Guidelines. Always work and act as team player and constant sense of mutual support.
- Ensuring that maintaining, servicing, testing and commissioning activities of the project are delivered, on time, and within the budget.
- Co-ordinate and ensure with the Commissioning Manager and Superintendent the effective works execution at site as per plan
- Coordinate with the team for proper resource utilization, future forecast whenever required
- Close communication with counter parts from Client, Sub Contractors, Vendors and other disciplines for resources / works planning
- Preparation of all necessary resources for each task, including but not only : parts, spares, test equipment, tools, documentation and instruments to meet the site requirements
- Submitting time sheets / reports on timely manner
- Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in LNG or petrochemical industry with international organizations. Mega projects experience is highly appreciated
- Training: Relevant training in Mechanics, Testing, Commissioning, Operation, etc.
- Languages: Fluent English & Spanish
- Mechanical Engineering, Rotating equipment, Pressure Vessels, Fire and gas, Deluge, HVAC, HSE
- P&ID, PFD, GAD, DTS reading and RLM, Testing and Commissioning, Start-up, Maintenance, Planning
- LNG, Mega projects, Oil & Gas, Site QA / QC, Organization, Baker Hughes General Electric Gas Turbines
- Microsoft office, Communication skills, Tracking tables, Efficiency, Precision, Leadership and Motivation
- Installation, Maintenance, Testing, Troubleshooting, Commissioning, Start-up, Gas Turbines, Compressors, Pumps, Expanders, HVAC, HSE
- Execute, understand and support LNG site operations / commissioning, brownfield, management process and process
- Oil Flushing experience
- Experience in Testing and starting LNG plants
- Capable to work independently and lead in a multi national / multi cultural team
- Communication skills and office software use (written and oral) experience
