• Plans and develops the administration of processes and their interactions, coordinating the WOW system in sections relevant to quality.
• Plans, develops, implements and establishes control mechanisms for processes and their interactions related to process quality.
• Participates in the quoting of new business by understanding client requirements, analyzing processes, and determining direct labor needs.
• Supervises quality inspections carried out during the logistics process
• Performs internal and external audits of the company
• Manages audits and training for quality inspectors.
• Performs deviation analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify risk points that affect quality, and take containment and improvement actions.
• Manages and controls the documents of the comprehensive management system.
• Manages and controls the process of assigning services to vehicles in VPC according to customer requirements.
• Leads the monitoring of preventive and corrective actions on the comprehensive management system.
• Trains administrative staff on the Comprehensive Training System.
• Monitors quality, safety, timeliness, and environmental conditions of materials, processes, and services with clients.
• Leads the quality process within the company.
