This role focuses on identifying and securing toptier leadership talent for our organization and clients. Youll play a crucial role in building highperforming teams through strategic recruitment and thorough candidate assessment.What Youll DoDesign and implement targeted search strategies to identify executive and seniorlevel talent.
Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
Lead salary negotiations and manage the complete offer process for successful placements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and leverage professional networks to source highcaliber candidates.
Research and analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet specific hiring requirements.What we are looking forMinimum of 5 years of recruitment experience Mandatory.
Advanced level of English with exceptional communication skills Mandatory.
Experience recruiting for the US market.
Experience working in remote environments.
Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding abilities.
