We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Bilingual Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide highquality patient care while effectively communicating with patients and families in both English and Spanish. This role is essential in ensuring that language barriers do not hinder access to healthcare services and that patients receive culturally competent care.Key Responsibilities. Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and followups, in accordance with medical protocols and standards.
. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members in both languages.
. Collaborate with our doctor in charge.
. Advocate for patients and families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed appropriately.
. Document patient interactions, assessments, and treatments accurately in electronic health records EHR.
. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies, including patient confidentiality and safety standards.Education

. Intermediate fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.We offer
8,500.00 MXN base salary per month after taxes.Work schedule
