Job Summary
Ingenics is looking for a skilled and proactive
Construction Supervisor
for industrial sites to oversee the expansion of a new facility in
Querétaro
.
This is a
6-month temporary contract
with the possibility of extension.
The role is critical in ensuring that the construction company achieves all milestones on time, validating civil, mechanical, and electrical works against the 100% design package, and leading cross-functional coordination.
Strong project management capabilities are key to success.
**The position is based in Queretaro.
At the moment, we are not offering relocation or travel support for this role**
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and monitor construction progress on-site through daily visits and written protocols
Track performance of general contractors and subcontractors, ensuring access coordination.
Validate compliance of civil, mechanical, and electrical works with the approved design package.
Prepare weekly construction status reports for the client, highlighting risks, delays, and mitigations.
Escalate deviations promptly and propose recovery strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Guarantee adherence to safety standards and construction regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of industrial experience, with at least 2 years in construction management
Strong knowledge of factory planning and industrial project management
Advanced English communication skills is a MUST (spoken and written)
Proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Project, SAP, AutoCAD, MS Visio, CATIA
Project Management Capabilities:
Scheduling and timeline control (MS Project)
Risk management and mitigation strategies
Resource planning (personnel, equipment, materials)
Stakeholder communication & reporting to management
KPI tracking and milestone follow-up
