**S&PP Tender Monitoring**
**Role Description**
The Pursuit Services is part of Global Sales & Pricing Performance organisation.
Our goal is to bring together Accenture's best people and capabilities to build the finest sales pursuit enablement team in the world.
Our new global organization partners with sales teams to win more business through elevated pursuit experiences.
We bring winning skills and content through effective bid and proposal management, complemented by creativity and innovative messaging.
This empowers us to deliver client-focused, compelling, and compliant response materials for every stage of the sales cycle.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Daily monitoring of client portal to identify new publications.
- Analyze and filter RFXs related Accenture services.
- Update client mailing list based on TM Associate inputs.
- Support TM Analyst build the partnership with Sales Team.
- Control the information provided by external client about their necessity of contact and guarantee that all information needed was provided.
- Create and update Accenture register in client supplier portals to TM team access and pursuit RFX.
**Requirements**:
- College - Completed (preferable Business Administration).
- Advanced command of the English language
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in Tender monitoring
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in Bid Management
- Knowledge in public institutions and supplier process registration
- Solid time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior management
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent, communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment - internally and with clients
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
**Good to have**:
- Management course;
- Process management course
- Public bid process course
- Knowledge of legal documents and financial certificates.
- MS office Proficient - Excel, word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge in accessing SharePoint is commendable
