- Build a book of partners and high-value clients to generate growing trading volume and value, while aligning with company-wide strategic goals and regulatory frameworks
- Source and onboard new partners capable of generating new, valuable, and sustainable client relationships
- Proactively recruit active partners active elsewhere in the industry
- Develop and enhance existing partner relationships to maximize value, minimize attrition, and increase lifetime value by providing ongoing support, education, and engagement
- Identify future potential partners and high-value clients from existing business and market research to sustain long-term business growth
- Proficiancy in English also Portuguese or Spanish is required
- Direct and manage time and energies to maximise realisation of new business opportunities
- Structure, pitch and win commercially desirable and sustainable new business
- Creatively capitalise on available support, sponsorship and entertainment to increase the value and longevity of existing partner and client relationships
- Operate independently but cooperatively within a regional team, leveraging shared resources and information to drive collective success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships, promote the brand, and identify potential partners and business opportunities
- Adhere to all relevant regulatory standards and ensure that partner and client activities are conducted in compliance with relevant financial regulations
