What are your contributions to the team?

Monitoring and follow up of new customer complaints, status of containment and corrective action, identifying the risks associated to ensure the on-time delivery of the Queretaro products.
Coordinate the development of corrective action plans to contain and response the customer complaints at Queretaro site.
Develop and optimize all the visual aids issued to production shopfloor to do the follow up of containment and corrective actions

How to thrive in this role?

You have bachelor's degree in Aeronautics, Industrial or Administrative Industrial Engineering.
You have an intermediate English level proficiency.
You have experience with BMS (Bombardier Manufacturing System), Bombardier manuals (BM's), BES (Bombardier Engineering Systems), QMS (Quality Management System), SMS (Safety Management System), internal and industry regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, QAD, etc.), is desirable.
You have knowledge in SAP, Advanced Excel, Office 365
You have knowledge in configuration and review of Technical Drawings
