This role will be key in defining the implementation strategy, optimizing operations, and training internal teams to maximize the platform’s value.Key Responsibilities * Analysis and Diagnosis

Evaluate the company's current processes to identify opportunities for improvement with Odoo.
Gather requirements from key business areas to determine the feasibility and scope of Odoo adoption.
Present a comparative analysis of the most suitable modules and functionalities based on business needs.
Solution Definition and Strategy

Recommend the selection of Odoo modules and services that best fit operational workflows.
Define the functional architecture of the solution and ensure its alignment with strategic business objectives.
Develop a detailed roadmap for the adoption and integration of Odoo.
Training and Support

Provide advisory sessions to internal teams on the use and capabilities of Odoo.
Train key users on navigation, configuration, and platform optimization.
Address technical and functional inquiries, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
Collaboration with Internal Teams and Vendors

Work closely with business leaders and operational teams to ensure proper Odoo adoption.
Advise on organizational change management related to ERP implementation.
Coordinate efforts with vendors and integrators if customizations or specific developments are required.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience and Technical Knowledge:

Strong expertise in Odoo and its module ecosystem.
Experience in functional consulting for ERPs (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, or others).
Knowledge of Odoo configuration and parameterization for different business areas.
Familiarity with business process management in Finance, Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and Procurement.
Experience in Odoo implementation (preferred but not required).
Desirable Technical Skills:

Understanding of Python and PostgreSQL to comprehend Odoo’s architecture.
Familiarity with data migration, process automation, and custom reporting in Odoo.
Experience with Agile project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello).
Key Competencies:

Strategic Thinking: Ability to define solutions aligned with business needs.
Results-Oriented: Capability to propose strategies that optimize business operations.
Effective Communication: Ability to clearly convey technical and functional concepts.
Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Languages:

Native Spanish.
Technical English proficiency preferred (for documentation and communication with Odoo vendors).
