As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for the company's administrative tasks, from keeping a record of the daily services done to the customers and delivery of administrative tasks to allowing the operational team to deliver the services punctually.
**The main activities for this position are**:
- Handle customers' needs, answer basic questions about the services, handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Send notices (violation notices, late fee notices, community announcements, etc.).
- Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs.
- Run periodic reports according to the company's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms for different purposes such as basic accounting records, scheduled services, and documentation of different processes.
- Follow up on scheduled works orders and documentation in the system.
- Audit Projects.
**SCHEDULE**
**The team you will be collaborating with is in Arizona, so you will have two different schedules during the year**:
- M-F 10:00-19:00 (summer in Mexico).

- M-F 9:00-18:00 (winter in Mexico).

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Advance English (Verbal and Writing).
- Two years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience using MS Office.
It's a plus if you have:
- Experience using Vantaca.
- Experience using Task Management Software.
