If you’re looking for a new opportunity, this is a great place to grow your career.About the JobWe are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Product Manager who loves retail and has a passion for delivering best-in-class experiences for consumers.Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for Product Catalog as a globally scalable platform, developing today’s catalog space into a cohesive, consumer-focused value proposition. Build alignment across a wide group of stakeholders in support of your vision.Build relationships with external partners and vendors to support our vision and roadmaps, including managing the selection of solutions via the RFP process.Define and own the strategic roadmap for product catalog and syndication capabilities aligned with business goals, customer needs, and technical requirements.Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and prioritization for enhancements to the product catalog platform across the product lifecycle from onboarding to distribution.Partner with Business stakeholders, Product and Engineering teams in translating the platform vision into a well-sequenced, global roadmap and drive execution of initiatives across internal and external catalog touchpoints:Balance foundational needs and specific use cases.Identify opportunities, partner to identify ROI, and prioritize and negotiate initiatives to develop a roadmap that delivers on the vision and strategy.Ensure the roadmap includes technical health and scalability.Ensure the roadmap accounts for and integrates dependencies across functions.Technical Execution & DeliveryWork closely with engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize product catalog management and syndication capabilities.Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in product data management, syndication standards (e.g., GDSN, APIs, custom feeds), and digital shelf best practices.Ensure the catalog platform enables consistent, accurate, and enriched product data to support omnichannel experiences, digital merchandising, and syndication to retail partners and marketplaces.Define KPIs and success metrics to measure the health and business value of catalog capabilities.Build high-trust, mutually collaborative relationships to drive results:Partner with all stakeholders to elicit business needs, outcomes, and value, and ensure the solution roadmap is aligned to those needs, as well as other product roadmaps.Provide strategic advice on how to respond to stakeholders’ business challenges.Partner with other domains – Digital product creation, Merchandising and Operations to build a comprehensive roadmap to achieve our projected value.Represent the team in reviews with partners and senior company leaders to align resources and prioritization to ensure minimal time to value.Establish a consistent prioritization process that communicates clearly the Product Catalog roadmap, objectives, priorities, and decisions across a wide group of stakeholders:Ground your solution vision in data: Draw insights from key metrics and data sets to iterate quickly; forecast and validate impact.Act as the solution evangelist to demonstrate commercial impact and value, with a compelling, data-driven narrative.Track value delivered, platform adoption, performance, and execution against the end-to-end roadmap and adjust next steps as necessary.Drive adherence to all standard TPM ways of working:Lead the end-to-end platform lifecycle.Benchmark LS&CO capabilities vs. industry trends and best practices.Translate technical product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, in partnership with engineering and architecture.Define OKRs. scope and prioritize activities based on forecasted impact.Act as an agent of change within and outside your team, challenging the status quo and embracing new methodologies towards better outcomes.About YouSeasoned technical product manager with 7+ years of experience with product data, catalog, or PIM systems, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or CPG.Proven experience with both commercial PIM/catalog platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, Informatica, Stibo) and custom-built/internal solutions.Strong understanding of product data models, taxonomy, digital asset management, and syndication mechanisms.Experience managing platforms or capabilities consumed by both internal users (e.g., merchants, supply chain, content teams) and external consumers (e.g., channel partners, marketplaces).Ability to flex with agility between business and technical topics, teams, priorities and requirements, and drive balance, alignment, strategy, and value across both streams.Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects.Strong presentation and communication skills, for audiences at all levels of the organization, from product and platform teams to executives.LOCATION Mexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME/PART TIME Full time
