- Plan and execute personal sales appointments to the clients of the specific territory and according to the pre-established frequency;
- Create positive and lasting relationships with customers, staff, colleagues and vendors;
- Establish individual targets for each customer;
- Identify opportunities for new business within the market;
- Help improve brand and product awareness following the marketing department guidance
- Plan and deliver product training sessions for customers and staff;
- Keep up to date with the competition, especially on current market prices, new products, delivery lead times, promotional materials and actions, etc.;
- Keep the customer´s database always updated (Segmentation, SalesForce.com, visit reports, etc.);
- Achieve and/or exceed of the Sales target (R$ and units) established jointly with Sales Management;
- Ensure that equipment and tools provided by the company are used properly and are always in perfect condition (company car, mobile, laptop, iPad, etc.);
- Comply with the administrative requirements respecting the deadlines (SF.com, reports, action plans, etc.);
- Actively participation in events and congresses, when requested;
- Ensure the customers compliance with the established payment terms;
- Be part of pilot projects, when needed
- May have additional responsibilities
- Relevant industry experience ideally gained from optical retail or ophthalmology segments (Desirable)(3-5 years)
- Advanced Sales Skills
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Public Speaking / People Person
- Medium English language knowledge (40%)
- Ability to work and cooperate with teams
- Good management of MS Office computing tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)
