- Execute brand plans and marketing activations aligned with the global strategy.
- Coordinate campaigns with external agencies (media, digital, influencer marketing, etc.).
- Support product launches ensuring portfolio alignment and timely delivery.
- Analyze market data (Nielsen, Retail Index) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Manage the assigned marketing operations budget ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate promotional materials, packaging, and POS with Trade Marketing and Sales.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and generate performance reports for decision-making.
- Support the execution of e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.
- Ensure effective execution of campaigns under tight timelines and with multiple vendors.
- Adapt global initiatives to local market needs.
- Guarantee availability of materials and promotions at key points of sale.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in Brand Coordination, Brand Assistant, or marketing related in FMCG companies.
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and budget management.
- Familiarity with tools like Nielsen, Advisor, Retail Index.
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Understanding of e-commerce and digital activations.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Organization, results-oriented, effective communication, proactivity, teamwork.
