Job Category: ISC Project ManagementJob Description:Oversee and direct operations (SBU) and be part of overseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chain projects. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders. Provide industry and functional expertise and insight to guide and advise the key stakeholders. Use your agility and ability to support clients to roll out programs, achieve metrics and track milestones. Inspire and influence key stakeholders to drive changes to ensure projects meet time, cost and quality objectives.JOB DUTIES:

Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure, following Resideo's execution model.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Track milestones and ensure alignment with approved baselines.
Translate project plans into actionable tasks and workflows.
Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly across all organizational levels.
Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and remove execution blockers.
Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Monitor task progress, quality, and dependencies in real time.
Leverage project metrics to drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
Recommend and implement new approaches, policies, and SOPs to enhance efficiency.
Support budget development and ensure alignment with program goals.
Drive improvements in customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance.

YOU MUST HAVE:

8+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing environments.
Proven track record of leading regional and global projects, with end-to-end ownership from initiation to closure.
Strong background in project management, including risk analysis and execution methodologies.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey project status, risks, and updates across all organizational levels.
Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in tools for data analysis and decision-making.
Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering value and maintaining high service standards.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and sound decision-making in dynamic and complex environments.
Highly adaptable and flexible, thriving in fast-paced and changing conditions.
Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills, fostering cross-functional alignment and teamwork.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Project Management Tools, including risk analysis platforms.
Ability to manage ongoing projects and drive end-to-end execution.
Valid VISA.
