As a B1 Driver Dispatch Executive Night Shift, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the trailer fleet and B1 visa drivers, ensuring smooth and coordinated operations across international borders.You will oversee the dispatch of fifthwheel drivers, coordinate border crossings for import and export shipments, and properly document departures from Mexico. Additionally, you will continuously track shipments within Mexico and the U.S., working closely with various departments to ensure ontime deliveries, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
Manage the trailer fleet and equipment located in MexicoDispatch fifthwheel drivers holding B1 visasCoordinate border crossings for importexport shipmentsProperly document export shipments originating from MexicoTrack and monitor shipments in the U.S. and throughout MexicoOther Responsibilities
Execute other tasks and commercial operation projects as delegated by managementRequirements
