Responsible for ensuring proper use of systems, adherence to resource usage policies, and safeguarding the integrity of the company’s information.
Perform maintenance and repairs on computer equipment.
Install new equipment under the coordination of the systems administrator.
Manage the creation, modification, and termination of user accounts.
Relocate computer equipment (area changes).
Install and configure software applications.
Assign HelpDesk tickets and monitor resolution.
Install and configure printers.
Perform network and telephone cabling and connections.
Hardware and Software support in work stations.
Hardware and Software support for administrative personnel.
Create new part numbers in the ERP.
Make changes in part numbers in the ERP.
Workstation software solution development.
Development and maintenance on RFID devices.
Development and maintenance of RFID solutions.
IT infrastructure development and maintenance.
Hardware Maintenance and Repair.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer systems engineering or related field.
3 to 5 years of professional experience.
Advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge of various operating system versions.
Handling of fixed and mobile communication devices.
Management of printing and copying equipment.
Structured cabling expertise.
Proficiency in commercial software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
