What You Need
Collaborate with partners to define user and technical requirements for immersive and non-standard web products.
Develop storyboards, creative briefs, design documents, and various other tools to capture the user experience and interface.
Align with the Program/Project Manager/Scrum Master on key deliverables, landmarks, deadlines, and the communication plan.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to implement the product roadmap and achieve successful implementation.
Facilitate pre-sales consultations as necessary; Conduct voice of the customer activities, including gathering feedback and reporting out to leadership; Participate in product development workshops and ideation sessions
Key Skills
Product Owner training and/or Certification, experience running large products
Excellent Microsoft Suite skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously; a Passion for customer advocacy and service.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team;
Ability to work with tight timeframes; Creative, resourceful, self-starting, and curious
