- Manage a high volume of vendor-related procurement cases monthly (approx. 100 per person).
- Maintain clear case organization and ongoing follow-up with both internal clients and external vendors.
- Understand both internal workflows and external vendor processes.
- Request quotes from publishers and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain accurate brand catalog knowledge to improve service quality.
- Vendor engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in Publisher or Vendor Management within the software or IT industry (required), ideally with exposure to commercial processes, partner operations, or sales support.
- Support customer with vendor know-how and proactive sales activities.
- Demonstrate a strong customer-focused mindset, maintain a clear sales-oriented approach.
- Advanced English is a must (minimum B2+).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow).
- Understanding of software licensing models, cloud services, and SaaS procurement.
- Exposure to North American clients and exchange programs.
- Experience in pricing negotiation, supplier management, and researching multiple data sources.
