- Build and manage the annual retail marketing calendar for LATAM, ensuring full alignment with the Brand positioning and global launch timelines.
- Lead the planning and execution of in-store activations, events, and promotions in collaboration with local and global teams.
- Guarantee brand consistency across all retail touchpoints and ensure premium consumer experience.
- Support the development and implementation of trade marketing plans for key retail partners (e.g., El Palacio de Hierro, Liverpool, etc) and other monobrand partners across Latam.
- Localize global campaigns and toolkits if necessary, for seamless execution in stores and online across all retail channels.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of POS materials, VM assets, and storytelling elements for all channels.
- Ensure that partner activations are fully aligned with brand objectives and elevate the premium brand image.
- Act as the main connector with central, ensuring that all regional activations uphold global brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Localize global campaigns and toolkits to fit LATAM’s markets while maintaining brand DNA and visual identity.
- Partner with global marketing teams to share regional insights and adapt messaging for cultural relevance.
- Serve as the operational hub for Marketing LATAM, liaising with Sales, VM, Brand/PR, CRM, and local market teams.
- Partner with local markets to align on launch timelines, priorities, and resource allocation.
- Act as the main interface with external agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track the effectiveness of activations using KPIs such as sell-out, event ROI, foot traffic, and brand visibility metrics.
- Share regular performance reports and actionable insights with regional, Brand, and global stakeholders.
- Benchmark competitor activities and bring forward recommendations to elevate brand presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations, retail marketing, or trade marketing, ideally within luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record in managing multi-market activations and complex calendars in a matrixed organization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus.
