Job Category: Product DevelopmentJob Description:Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Cloud Support is seeking a Principal Program Manager to join our Continuous Improvement / PMO team. In this role, you will catalyze process optimization and drive a culture of operational excellence. Leveraging Lean/Six Sigma expertise, you will lead cross-functional projects, partner closely with OCI Engineering, and directly mentor operations teams on continuous improvement principles.Responsibilities:

Lead and execute process improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DMADV).
Host Kaizen events and mentor operations teams in adopting continuous improvement principles.
Partner cross-functionally with OCI Engineering and global support stakeholders to identify, scope, and deliver efficiency improvements.
Measure and report on project ROI, forecasting impact and analyzing results.
Support the rollout and adoption of automation, GenAI, and AI Agent initiatives to enhance the support experience.
Contribute to building and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement within OCI Cloud Support.
