Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.The position is based in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico.Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.What you will doAs a Quality Intern you will:
  • Collaborate on the implementation of the integrated quality management system.
  • Execute validation protocols for Processing Equipment to ensure compliance and performance.
  • Apply problem-solving methodologies to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of quality.
Bachelor Studies in progress: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other related.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: 3D modeling & Microsoft Office. English intermediate - Can hold basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills.As a Continuous Improvement Intern, you will:
  • Support the strengthening of the culture of World-Class Manufacturing (WCM) in our operations.
  • Collaborate with key manufacturing pillars to drive improvements in productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing costs and meeting delivery timelines in the production of Liquid Food Solutions equipment.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting.
Bachelor Studies in progress: Industrial Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Chemical Engineer or Materials Engineer.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Power BI, SAP, Microsoft Excel (macros), dynamism, teamwork. English intermediate (can hold basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills).We believe you have
  • Studies in one of the specialties recommended for the position selected.
  • Graduation is expected in July 2026 or afterwards.
  • Availability for internship: January 19 to December 7, 2026.
  • Availability to work and commute to our site 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 2 pm, during the full internship program.
