- The Position is primarily responsible for leading the Juarez MX Team.
Will be responsible for establishing and setting the annual goals and objectives of the Electromechanical Design Group.
Lead the potential new projects.
Monitoring progress and establishing recovery alternatives as required.
Communication with external and internal clients for clarification of doubts.
*Required (Basic)*:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 3 years of Leading a team
- English-Spanish *Qualifications:
- * Be familiar with *Altium *design software
- Experience in *Solid Works *Mechanical Design
- Experience in *Electronics*
- Experience in *Testing*
- Experience in *electromagnetic compatibility*
- Experience in leading team members
- Good Communication Skills with external and Internal Clients
- Excel *In this role, you will:
- * Lead the electronic, mechanical, and design of new project solutions from beginning to end at all life cycle stages.
- Lead external partners and internal engineering resources on the integration work between intelligent electromechanical systems.
- Coordinate with the test labs to execute test plans and acquire data for analysis.
- Organize, plan, and lead, projects including new and existing product redesign by utilizing both in-house and external resources.
- Obtain and communicate the needs of plants, end-users, and other functional groups to ensure the voice of the customer is satisfied in the Electromechanical design
- Build and maintain working relationships with the Engineering, Manufacturing, and other functional groups, and customers.
- Collaborate and support Electromechanical Design team members, Chief Engineers, platform team engineers, and other stakeholders
