- Responsible of managing Procurement transactional support tasks for Americas Procurement Teams.
- Act as Point of Contact for Supplier Base Management requests in front of SE Stakeholders and Procurement Teams, working with IT and Finance teams for daily resolution of Supplier related transactions (Vendor Creation, Vendor onboarding to multiple tools, Vendor block/unblock, Vendor information updates).
- Resolve sourcing-related queries and operational issues in support of Procurement Teams as well as internal customers.
- Interact frequently with the Procurement Teams including Buyers, Managers, Category & Region Directors
- Manage communication to Supplier Leaders or other points of contact for targeted initiatives related to SE’s Supplier base.
- Responsible for updating Materials and POs prices across different Schneider systems.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement goals in Global Procurement Services team by detecting opportunities in our different processes
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate across multiple levels of the Organization
- Scholarship $8,941 per month
- Associate's or bachelor’s degree in process in Supply Chain, Business or Industrial Engineering.
- Graduation date August 2026
- English: Advanced (Oral and Written)
- Basic understanding of Purchasing or Supply Chain processes
- Able to work independently, work well under pressure, be flexible and comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Objective oriented
- Comfortable with a variety of IT systems and applications, be a fast learner and analytical
- Basic/Medium Excel skills
- Digital skills (coding, RPA, machine learning, etc) are a plus
- Customer Service oriented
