Assure availability of Cardboard Packaging and Returnable containers in Plant to support the Production Plan.
Coordinate cardboards and returnable containers shipping windows with suppliers.
Managing cardboard and Returnable containers inventory, storage and supply.
Update blanket PO's for cardboard and packaging as well as shopping cards.
Calculate and provide accurate forecast for packaging to suppliers.
Provide a shipping plan for returnable containers from cleaning supplier to the Plant on defined windows.
Keep 5S's on Yards and packaging and returnable containers area.
Manage the packages instructions in the BOM of the Finish Goods
Define and manage the layout of the returnable area
Manage the costs of the area.
Manage the downtime of production because of packaging
Lead the physical inventory of packages
Manage the scrap of packages
Manage the loop of returnable package of the plant.
What You Need
Five years' experience on Materials Department warehouse activities.
