• Complete production processes flawlessly according to your training from your production leader, supervisor, or designee.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the accurate use of clothing and safety equipment.
• Report any issues related to quality, efficiency, safety, or tools to your supervisor or line leader.
• Meet production standards consistently.
• Assist line leaders and supervisors during ISO 9000, ISO 13485, and CFR audits, as required.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fundamental understanding of safety regulations and standard methodologies.
