With a commitment to excellence, they ensure that every aspect of homeowners association (HOA) management is handled with the highest level of professionalism.We're looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support the following activities:
  • Answer a heavy volume of incoming maintenance calls.
  • Answer and address e-mails from homeowners, vendors, community managers, etc.
  • All voice mail messages and emails where the homeowner has requested contact are to be returned the same business day.
  • Issue and generate maintenance work orders; determine whether the maintenance issue and request are a homeowner or Homeowner Association responsibility.
  • Choose the appropriate vendor relating to the work that needs to be done.
  • Follow up on open items in Work Order History through Due Dates.
  • Contact vendors to see if the applicable work has been scheduled and completed according to the repair or service request.
  • Confer with the Community Manager to see if the service request has been reviewed and confirmed completed per Community Manager's property inspection.
  • Contact homeowners to see if work has been completed.
  • If not completed, provide the homeowner with information obtained from the vendor and manager.
  • Assist with any additional needs from the homeowner.
  • Send homeowner letters advising of work order confirmation, completion, pending review, etc.
Schedule:Monday to Friday
  • Daylight saving: 09:00 am to 6:00 pm Mexico City time.
  • Standard time: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Mexico City time.

Requisitos mínimos :
  • English Accent similar to native
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role and/or HOA industry.
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong writing skills in English
  • Feel comfortable on the phone to solve customer inquiries.
  • Tech savvy (experience working with CRMs)
