Production Supervisor II

• Advanced English.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• 4-6 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferrably servicing the Medical Device Industry with a minimum of 2 years supervising a team.
• Working knowledge in progressive management technologies such as Lean Manufacturing, JIT, MRP, and ERP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, …).

• Responsible for directly managing and developing departmental Team Leads as well as directly or indirectly leading a shift of greater than 20 personnel engaged in the manufacturing of Nitinol Products.
• Planning and coordination of production activites to obtain optimum utilization of human resources, direct

• Schedules all labor within their assigned department which includes overtime, vacations, leave of absences,
