The Impact You'll MakeWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Cash Applicator to join our Shared Services Center (SSC) team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately applying incoming payments, supporting cash flow accuracy, and ensuring timely reconciliation in our ERP system.This position is a key part of daily operations and offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, international finance environment.What You'll Be DoingKey Responsibilities:Accurately apply incoming payments (ACH, wires, checks, credit cards) to customer accounts in SAPResolve high-level or complex payment discrepancies and support reconciliation of unapplied cashWork closely with credit analysts and customer service teams to resolve payment discrepanciesMonitor daily bank transactions and ensure all cash is accounted forMaintain accurate documentation in compliance with internal control policies and audit standardsSupport month-end closing activities related to cash application and reconciliation.What We're Looking For1-2 years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or similar finance rolesEducational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldsFamiliarity with SAP or similar ERP systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial dataAbility to handle multiple company codes and currencies is a plusProactive communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetProficiency in Excel; basic reporting and reconciliation skillsEnglish fluency required; other languages are a plus.Background & SkillAt Danfoss, we value learning, accuracy, and collaboration.
