Quality Control Specialist

• Conduct thorough quality inspections on incoming goods and products to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
• Perform comprehensive quality assurance tests and assessments on manufactured products, including functionality, durability, and safety testing.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate product quality standards to identify areas for improvement and implement effective quality enhancement initiatives.
• Investigate product issues, defects, or non-conformities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the supply chain, including conducting supplier audits and providing guidance on quality improvement initiatives.
• Support customer partnerships by actively engaging with customers to understand their quality requirements and expectations and ensuring that our products meet or exceed their needs.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in quality assurance roles, with a strong understanding of quality management systems and standards.
• Proficient in performing quality inspections, tests, and assessments accurately and efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 requirements.

• Previous experience in a similar hands-on quality assurance role within the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of supplier management processes and ISO certification procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach to work.
