
Accounting Support Specialist

- Act as a liaison between end users and internal resources to resolve application issues.
- Provide exceptional application support independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance technical and application knowledge.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- ERP software experience, with preference for Epicor 9, Vantage, or Vista.
- 2–3 years of financial business flow knowledge, including:
- Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
- Inventory and Work In Process management.
- Financial reporting and statements.
- General Ledger account reconciliation.
- Job costing and fixed assets.
- Multi-company consolidations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve financial concepts within software packages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
