- Supervise warehouse team to manage material in the most efficient way, receiving on time, stocking properly and supplying to production area in the most effective way.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
- Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and operation data to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
- Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities.
- Confer with management and engineering associates to implement plans and recommendations.
- Coordinate industrial engineering projects.
- Develop facility layouts to establish material flow.
- Develop management systems for cost analysis.
- Direct and participate in special projects as needed.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Responsible for Cycle Counts schedule.
- Inventory control in WIP and Warehouse.

- Contribuir para el logro de los objetivos y metas ambientales y de seguridad en su área de responsabilidad.
- Apoyo para mantener el S.A.A. para el cuidado del medio ambiente y dar cumplimiento a los requerimientos que le apliquen.
- Llevar a cabo las actividades relacionadas a EHS que le correspondan.
- Reportar cualquier condición de EHS de riesgo/insegura que detecte a EHS o su supervisor para seguimiento.
- Conocer los aspectos ambientales e impactos de su actividad y aplicar los controles operacionales aplicables a su puesto (Separar y depositar en los contenedores que corresponda los residuos de basura común, papel reciclable, botes de aluminio, cartuchos vacíos de tóner y tinta; reportar fugas de agua y gas, reducir consumo de agua y energía y reducir generación de residuos)
- Conocer y asegurar que el personal a su cargo aplique los controles operacionales que apliquen a sus áreas de responsabilidad que puedan impactar a los recursos naturales.
- Completar los entrenamientos de EHS que le sean asignados (Entrenamiento General de MESH).
- Comunicar cualquier situación de emergencia de detecte a EHS o a su supervisor y seguir los procedimientos de respuesta a emergencias de las mismas.
**Calificaciones**:
**_ QUALIFICATIONS_**
- 70% Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
- Professional in Engineering, Business or similar degree desired
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Previous supervisory or customer service experience desired
- Experience in CPTAP, border crossing, Customs regulation US/MX and warehousing desired
- Experience in traffic and logistics with border crossing, route design, 3 PL, warehousing and shipping desired
- Knowledge ERP system, Mapics and Mapics Browser, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, WISPER (PPAP, inspection), MP2, AS400 system.
- Training on Kanban, MRP programs.
- A minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is necessary.
