- Respond to phone inquiries on assigned accounts using information/guidance from association manuals, CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations, and other administrative documents.
- In coordination with CAMs, set up and maintain association information (Call-To-Action text, CC&R text, etc.) via the Company's software program.
- In CAM absences, oversee basic emergency vendor needs (i.e., contacting a plumber for an emergency).
- Receive meeting Manager's Reports and notes to draft meeting minutes and prepare Action Item Lists within company standard formats.
- Prepare letters, memos, forms, and reports for homeowners, Board members, and vendors.
- Assist CAMs with meeting follow-up action items, including compliance letters (including one-offs).
- Process non-compliance letters and inspection results.
- Assist Community Association Manager with distributing bid requests to vendors.
- Track bid status and follow up as needed or directed.
- Run reports and create custom reports using the Homeowner List and All Action items pages for Board Meetings.
- Approve and code association invoices.
- Assist in preparation for Board meetings by generating reports.
- Closeout ARC processes after determining, and inspection is needed.
**Salary**: $18,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
