With its products, the company contributes to reducing emissions, protecting the climate, and improving safe mobility.We are looking to hire a Principal Change Management Engineer to join our team at Ciudad Juarez.What you can look forward to as Change Management Engineer:
Will be the main contact for the lead plants to receive engineering changes and distributed to the execution plant.
Maintain control of the engineering changes and coordinate the multidisciplinary team to execute the changes according to defined milestones.
Will be involved technically to be the main contact for all the different areas involved in the engineering changes to have only one voice to the lead plants.
Will lead and motivate the multidisciplinary team to execute all the tasks related, process documentation, requirements that involves the engineering change.
Will maintain the Engineering Change KPI (on time board)
Eventually will support activities in the document control area.
Experience: 5 Years experience on Engineering Change Control and management in automotive companies.
Ability to understand technical specifications and drawings
MS Office Proficient
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all the levels.
Process documentation knowledge PFMEA, CP, FC
SAP,
IATF and APQP Process Intermediate knowledge.
