- Product Quality Engineer_
- located in _
- Aguascalientes_
- The Quality Engineer is responsible for monitoring the product/process Quality, Process_
- Validation/Qualification_
- of the new and current assembly lines, ensuring that Quality Management System and Customer requirements are met._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Monitors the Quality of the product(s) assigned evaluating the results against the ones agreed with the Customer or defined Internally._
- _ Work together with the Engineers from other departments to find root causes and define actions to the problems that are generated during the processes._
- _ Develop Instructions for inspection, testing and evaluation of the products and processes assigned._
- Assure data availability and integrity for all quality related data as well as consolidating data in quality reports.
- Initiate corrective actions requests as needed and tracking until completion.
- Managing of Quality Inspectors on daily activities.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field._
- _ Experience Senior as Quality Engineer or similar role._
- _ Good knowledge in statistics._
- _ Experience in Problem Solving Methodologies._
- _ People Management experience._
- _ Intermediate/advanced_ English_
- _ Experience in communication with the Customer (desirable).

- _ Knowledge in Quality Systems._
- _ CAPAs (or 8D) management._
- _ Experience in Process Validation (desirable).
_
- _ Experience on New Products Introduction (desirable).
