- Prospect follow-up and lead qualification: Engaging with incoming leads to assessing their level of interest, needs, and potential fit. Responsible for lead nurturing and qualification, ensuring smooth handoff to sales for high-quality opportunities.
- Pipeline progression: Collaborating with the sales team to monitor the status of prospects and ensure consistent movement through the sales funnel-from initial contact to opportunity creation.
- Marketing-sales alignment: Working closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and support the execution of targeted initiatives to generate and convert demand.
- CRM and data accuracy: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems to ensure visibility into lead status, interactions, and next steps.
- Product and solution training: Gaining in-depth knowledge of Universal Robots' solutions to provide initial technical context to lead and ensure value-based conversations from early stages.
- Content and messaging support: Contributing to the creation and adaptation of sales collateral tailored to different customer profiles and stages of the funnel.
- Performance tracking: Analyzing lead conversion metrics and engagement data to identify gaps and recommend improvements to the lead management process. Leads internal process audit.
- Must be pursuing a college degree in fields such as Engineering, Marketing, Business Management or similar.
