Please visit our website:Job DescriptionWe are recruiting a detail orientated problem solver to supply data analysis, coding, and technical support for Turner & Townsend's Real Estate commissions. The right person for this role must be able to demonstrate work experiences in reviewing, compiling, interpreting, visualizing, and presenting data sets and supplying analytical visualization that would be used to message program performance and progress, ideally in a construction or real estate environment.The ideal candidate would be curious and love challenges, giving ideas and input on how to further develop our analysis and modelling capabilities and bring out the best in their teammates. Candidate must have a thorough understanding of VBA and SQL and relational databases, as well as data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).QualificationsThis is a technical role, requiring; Excel modelling skills, VBA, SQL, real estate analysis and experience of visualizing data with software such as Power BI and Tableau.Technical competencies in data analysis, data quality, building dashboards and visualizations, managing data capture, and validation.Real Estate and/or construction sector experience is desirable.Qualifications
- 2-4 years of post-graduate Data Administration experience or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience within the real estate and construction management field is desirable.
- Experience working and analyzing large complex data sets.
- VBA and SQL Coding experience is preferred.
- Excel Proficiency (V/H Lookups, Pivot Tables).
- Strong Data Visualization skills, preferably using Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to adapt to challenges and proactively drive improvement.
- Adaptable and able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate data information to clients and internal management is mandatory.
- Self-starter attitude with results-oriented focus.
- Fluent English.
