The Program Manager is responsible for manage both new product introduction projects (NPI) and product improvement projects (PIP) from the customer RFQ phase to PPAPYour Role

Monitoring of assigned budget, schedules, and investment flows.
Preparation and revision of specifications for the purchase of equipment and/or assembly contracts.
Lead and coordinate the mechanical team to ensure the correct installation of the equipment that is part of the project.
Review of constructiveness and assembly maneuvers in conjunction with the contractor company.
Carry out periodic audits and inspections of the work carried out.
Inspection and reception of mechanical equipment in manufacturers' workshops and verify that they comply with the specifications.
Manage modifications in the field as well as issuance of non-conformity reports and engineering reviews.

Your Background

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
Fluent English
+5 years of experience in a similar position
At least 5 years working in the automotive industry
Extensive Experience with Customer Contact and specific Customer Requirements
Extensive Experience in NPI, PIP, Launching projects, and Program Management.
Core Tools, Control Plan, QA Systems, 8D, Layered Process Audits, Lean Tools
