The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.Role PurposeResponsible for managing and optimizing supply chain processes using SAP ERP systems, ensuring seamless production and distribution operations. This role focuses on integrating supply chain planning with manufacturing goals while driving improvements in ERP usage and supporting team development including onboarding and continuous training.We are seeking a dynamic Engineer to drive advanced planning transformation initiatives within our organization. As a key member of supply chain team, you will lead the implementation, optimization, and scaling of advanced planning systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency, improve forecasting accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities

RP System Management: Maintain master data in SAP systems, including material master data, routing, work centers, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Process Optimization: Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and engineering to analyze, streamline, and enhance planning processes, including demand planning, and production scheduling.
Change Management: Drive organizational change by fostering adoption of new processes and best practices ensuring smooth transitions and user engagement.
Data Quality Enhancement: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of planning data across SAP
Anticipate business needs and challenges to work to address using ERP.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across supply chain, production, engineering, and other departments to align initiatives, set priorities, and resolve challenges.

Experiences/Education - RequiredEducation.

Industrial Engineering degree or related field
Lean Manufacturing training and/or certification

Work Experience

SAP (CP2) Expertise minimum 2 years
Experience on material master data, routing, work centers, and Bills of Materials at least 2 years

Additional Skills.

Bilingual (English-spanish)
Anlisys skills.
