Join a team that is responsible for providing accounting support for businesses.
You will be responsible for monthly electronic reconciliations process and General ledgers.
In this role you will be responsible for tax payments to the Government.
You will actively support income tax assessment working and schedule preparation for old periods.
You are required to support service tax audits or assessments.
**Key Responsibilities**
**General Accountant**:
- Deliver month end close for multiple low and medium risk entities - manufacturing and non-manufacturing entities.
- Ensure compliance & adherence of businesses to defined policies & work procedures.
- Ensure account recons are delivered with quality.
- Support external and internal audits queries.
**Banking**:
- Ensure banking recons are delivered on-time & with quality with no unexplained items.
- Ensure queries / transactions are resolved timely and GL is not aged.
- Ensure all banking recons are delivered by BPO on-time and with quality with no unexplained items.
- Manage bank processes e.g. cash pooling, country specific banking requirements, cash funding, DD etc.
- Support external and internal audits queries.
**InterCo**:
- Independently perform month close InterCo process for responsible entities.
- Ability to prepare month end journal entries like AP accruals etc.
- Review and support IC function - AP & AR across SBGs and regions.
- Perform IC reconciliation and lead dispute resolution, in line with policy & procedures.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 1 + year of overall finance experience.
- English Proficiency

- Excellent technical knowledge of finance systems.
- Experience with SAP (other large ERP systems preferred)
- Strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to get the job done.
