- Month close reporting update systems in preparation for the quarter close and communicate with customers to validate services or changes on their accounts.
- Daly dashboard reporting to monitor critical activities, all dashboards are reported to Customer management.
- Account set ups and follow up: Customer assistance to establish needed state accounts to legally operate, provide legal documents to customer and submit forms to jurisdictions. Contact Customers/districts or jurisdictions to validate applications processing and account completion, resolve any possible not up to date account according to states requirement.
- Daily productivity for client request permits: Processing from different websites and updating AS400 accordingly, work Customers/districts and contact Jurisdictions if permits can't be process.
- Savvion workflow case resolution: Resolve cases related to customer service email requests using Savvion workflow tools.
- Contact Jurisdictions to follow up on different accounts situations
- Critical Accounts resolution
- Bank/Account reconciliation
- Customer Care to assist account set ups online and disputes
- System set up accounts updated: Processing of change of services on the customers’ accounts, validate and verify services with Customers/Districts
- Legal documents handling: Power of attorneys, Change of Services Letters, Applications and any state additional requirements.
- Interdepartmental coordination: Coordinate calls between departments to educate customers and resolve identified gaps.
- Client Management Special Request: Special projects assigned by Client management for special customers, urgent request that might require interdepartmental coordination and communication with Customers / Jurisdictions.

- Advanced PC and Excel skills: Demonstrate proficiency in personal computer usage and advanced Excel functionalities for efficient data management and analysis.
- Bilingual communication: Exhibit conversational, reading, and writing skills in English.
