OUR CLIENT
In this specific role, we are supporting a client that is an industry-leading Tier 1, 2 automotive component manufacturer.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing materials to delivering finished products.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Leadership and Coordination:
Lead and manage the Production Control team and Distribution for our site, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing performance feedback.
Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to align production plans with demand forecasts and customer requirements.
Collaborate with production teams to develop and adjust schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity planning.
Buying:
Address and resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions or delays.
Collaborate with Procurement and vendors to maintain effective relationships and ensure the quality of materials.
Logistics:
Manage logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing, to optimize costs and delivery times.
Coordinate with logistics providers for efficient distribution of products.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
CI: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce production expenses.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management and logistics.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of legal requirements and regulations related to distribution and transportation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual Spanish and English (Advanced).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience of 5+ years in Distribution, Logistics, Traffic, and Trade & Compliance (preferably PCBA or Electronics sector).
