'Responsible for monitoring execution of production schedule defined by the Network (schedule labor on factory floor, monitor execution of the production plan) 'Responsible for escalation of material availability to the COE and Network teams 'Drive forecast attainment aligned with the MPS resulted from the SIOP plan. 'Execute shipment schedule aligned with the customer priority dates aligned with the network and customer service team. 'Champion and deploy continuous improvement leveraging tools such as internal assessments (MMA, OpA), visual management, standard work, and value stream mapping. Responsible for maintaining target inventory levels and meeting OTD goals for both internal and external customers and overall freight targets (including premium freight) aligned with the plan defined by the network. Responsible for plant owned data health activities including but not limited to routings and WMS system, MRO, shipping and receiving, part movements, production scheduling. This role is a point of contact to escalations related to execution of the overall SIOP plan. Must be able to plan and provide input to Profit Plan cycle and maintain cost out and budgeting related to transitions and New Product Development ERP usage Bilingual English/ Spanish Detail Oriented A thorough understanding of PROLaunch NPD and STP process Experience Lean and Six Sigma Trainer and mentor preferred.
