Deliver engaging training programs to new hires before nesting
Coach and guide trainees, addressing improvement areas
Set clear training expectations and encourage active participation
Suggest improvements for training design and delivery
Collaborate with mentors to monitor agent performance
Participate in program evaluations to ensure effectiveness

Qualifications:

Bilingual proficiency (English level B2+/C1)
College graduate (any course) or 6–12 months of training experience (preferably in a call center)
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to motivate and engage people effectively
Organized, enthusiastic, and passionate about developing others
