Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri)Environmental Conditions OfficeJob Description-Analyzes, evaluates, and resolves sophisticated issues advanced by CS Tier 1 as well as cases that are directly routed to Tier 2.- Collaborates when needed with HR Shared Service Center domain experts and COEs to resolve employee issues.- Performs accurate filling and execution of transactions for general HR data processing in support of HR functions.- Achieves stated performance indicators and adheres to stablished customer service standards. Performs special projects as requested.- Monitor and work with the Workday systems to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in employee data management and HR processes.- Provides additional HR support for assigned areas are that are not case driven, IE., contract generation, job changes, and separation processes
