- Strategically manage a portfolio of commercial and SMB accounts, prioritizing opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and promote UL's trusted products and services.
- Leverage your technical expertise to build credibility and influence decision-makers.
- Own the sales cycle from discovery to close, with support from Sales Specialists and Inside Sales Executives.
- Drive renewals and upsell opportunities, ensuring continued value for our clients.
- Identify and act on opportunities to introduce specialty products and services.
- Qualify new leads from inbound and outbound channels, converting prospects into loyal customers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions and ensure seamless implementation.
- Support strategic account planning, contributing insights and identifying growth opportunities within your specialty area.
- Partner with GAMs and SAMs to enhance multi-year plans and drive success across the broader sales ecosystem.
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong technical knowledge of assigned specialty products/services
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Business acumen and understanding of complex sales processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
