- Lead the annual brand planning for Cutimed & Leukoplast in LATAM, including ownership of A&P budgets and defining brand activation touchpoints in line with global guidance.
- Ensure efficient and accurate allocation and tracking of A&P investments
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies using global assets, maximizing digital and paid media, while reducing non-working spend.
- Own end-to-end brand & innovation campaign activation, including performance tracking and corrective actions to achieve business case objectives.
- Manage product lifecycle: phase-in/phase-out planning, distribution, brand activation, and local market readiness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional global teams (SC, GPM, GBIS, PMI) to drive assortment initiatives.
- Act as a brand-building expert across key stakeholders: healthcare providers, clinicians, payers, and consumers.
- Serve as a lead market representative in global innovation development—sharing local insights, supporting business cases, and ensuring successful local execution.
- +8 years of experience in brand management within medical devices, healthcare, or adjacent regulated industries.
- Proven track record in managing regional brands with P&L accountability
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and customer journeys (clinicians, payers, patients, distributors).
- Experience working across multicultural teams and global/regional matrix environments.
- Skilled in digital marketing, campaign execution, and product lifecycle management.
- Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly desirable.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a bias for execution.
- Strong Communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business administration, or related fields.
- MBA is a plus.
