If needed, redefine priorities on tickets with users.Collaborate with various stakeholders, including other IT teams and business units, to resolve issues promptly.Help end users get their issues resolved on time while following the proper IT defined processes.Raise alerts to Senior Application Support Coordinator/Application Support Manager in case of system disruption and communicate to users.Improve capitalization & documentation (quickcards, solution files on frequent tickets).Contribute to the development of knowledge-sharing materials to improve the team's overall efficiency and reduce recurring issues.Identify opportunities to streamline ticket resolution processes and contribute ideas for improving team efficiency.SkillsFluent English and Spanish2 to 5 years' experience in Supply Chain or FinanceERP experience (JDE highly appreciated)Available for Business Trips (mainly over Europe)At ease with multicultural environment: able to get along with people of different cultures, origins and lifestylesService Oriented mindset: Able to federateTeam player: Adaptability to changing context and priorities:Handle easily scope and context changes with different scale and / or frequencyAdapt its planning and capacity in case of new priority or emergencyDeal with stressful situationsAbility to communicate and report to the right level at the right timeAutonomous to organize his work even with multiple and different tasks and subjectsCommunication skills:Ability to communicate with the right tone to the right people at the right timeRaise alert and escalate when neededKnows how to say no end explain whyReliable and responsibleBIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
